My goal is to work closely with each client to ensure receive a customized look that enhances their face and eye shape. Cancellation Policy

Face mask are mandatory inside store. If you are feeling sick. Please reschedule your appointment. APPOINTMENT POLICY We aim to make sure that we are available to you, our clients, for the times that work best for ycu, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy. Appointments times are reserved just for you and the service you request. We require a valid credit or debit card when booking appointments for all services. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 24 hour minimum notice is required. Clients that have a card on file will be charged 50% of the services booked if they do not cancel with 24 hour notice or no-show the appointment. Returning salon clients that cancel without 24 hour notice or no-show will be required to provide a card before booking and will be subject to our Cancellation Policy for all future appointments. If your card declines while charging a cancellation fee/ no-show fee. The card will continue to be charged until payment is received any day or time. If your card declines while charging for the cancellation/ no-show fee. You will owe that payment on the same day you reschedule your appointment. LATE POLICY Salons run on a schedule and we understand that plans do change. We ask that anyone running late please call me to let me know an estimated arrival time. We will hold appointments for 10 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late fee will be added to your service fee of $10. If You are far along into your appointment we may ask you to reschedule to another time and/or day and your card will be charged 50% of the service. CHILD OR ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY We feel as a company, children who are unattended pose a safety issue. We work in an environment that has sharp tools and chemicals. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be upsetting to you and your family, it would be equally as distressing to me. I do ask to refrain from bringing any children or additional guest who are not getting a service done. If any additional guest or children arrive at your appointment. It will be a $20 charge added to your service. SCHEDULE AFTER HOURS If you want to schedule after business hours. It will be a $50 fee added to your service. HOUSE CALLS House calls should be scheduled at no more than a 30 mile radius. Please contact before booking for house calls. Correction appointments should be made within 5 days from your appointment if you’ve lost more than 15 or 20% of your lashes.
